1. Return Eligibility
Retail products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Fabric and yarn sold by the meter/kilogram for bulk manufacturing purposes are non-returnable once cut or dispatched, unless found to be materially defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, log in to My Orders, select the relevant order, and raise a return request, or contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number.
4. Refunds
Approved returns for Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer within 7-10 business days of the returned item passing quality inspection.
5. Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product for a free replacement or full refund.
7. Bulk & Export Orders
Bulk and export order returns are governed by the terms agreed in the respective purchase order or export contract.
